Manager Learning and Development
Susanne Herwagen-Roumeliotis is the Manager of Opel Group Learning and Development. Her responsibilities include European Change Management & Organization Development activities and implementation of local and European Engagement /Workplace of Choice strategy, which also consists of delivering the employee engagement survey to all European countries and over 35,000 employees. Additionally, she is responsible for European training activities with centralized focus on Leadership and Professional Development. Through her 24 years’ career, she has gained experience working in complex, global and matrixed automotive organizations in all stages of a business—from start-up, growing, and sustaining, to downsizing and many other functions.
Susanne has a Master in Psychology from Johannes Gutenberg University of Mainz, Germany.
