Anna Orgera is a Partner with Mercer in New York City with over 25 years of experience in providing consulting assistance across industries for global and domestic companies in talent management and reward system design.
Some of her areas of focus include job leveling, role architecture development, career framework and performance management program design, as well as compensation plan design, including total reward strategy, salary management and incentive programs. She has developed career frameworks for a broad range of job families including IT, operations, engineering, marketing, sales,? communications, finance, legal, human? resources, consulting, and administrative assistants.? She has been responsible for leading Mercer’s work with Mastercard in developing global career frameworks for each job family, which has been taking place over the last 5 years.
She speaks and writes about innovative approaches to talent management and reward system design, as well as strategies for fostering employee engagement. She has an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BA in psychology from Swarthmore College.
