Ready, Set, Curate!
Allison Anderson is the co-author of Ready, Set, Curate! She has a passion for creating compelling experiences for organizational learners. With more than 20 years’ experience as a learning leader in higher education and the private sector, Allison’s roles have included Learning Strategist at Intel Corporation and Director of Learning at ESCO in Portland, OR.
With a focus on social and collaborative learning, learner experience and strategic visions, her favorite projects include creating a staff and faculty training program for Lewis & Clark College and leading Intel’s Learning Community of Practice.
Her work has been highlighted in TD Magazine, CLO Magazine, Inside Learning Technologies and Skills Magazine, The New Social Learning (ASTD Press and Wiley, 2014), The 2020 Workplace (HarperBusiness, 2010) and Next Learning, Unwrapped (lulu.com, 2011). Allison is a frequent presenter and facilitator at leading industry conferences, including DevLearn, the ATD International Conference & Expo, Training, Europe’s Corporate Universities, Acadamies, Estrategiasde eLearning Brasil, the Social Learning Boot Camp, the CLO Symposium and the Wharton Executive Program for Work-Based Learning Leadership.
As a Masie Learning Fellow, Allison has also played a variety of roles at Elliott Masie’s Learning Conference over years, from creating the MeetUp format to hosting Learning TV, to presentations on topics as wide-ranging as learning ecosystems, social learning, and women in learning.
