Jon Lukomnik serves as Executive Director of the Investor Responsibility Center Institute and as Managing Director of Sinclair Capital, a consultancy to institutional investors. He is a member of the Standing Advisory Group of the PCAOB.
Mr. Lukomnik is the former investment advisor for New York City’s pension funds, which totaled more than $80 billion in assets when he was in charge in the mid-1990s. He co-founded the International Corporate Governance Network (ICGN), which now represents investors from 43 countries, overseeing some $42 trillion in assets. He also served as interim Chair of the Council of Institutional Investors, the leading corporate governance organization in the United States. He has been a board member on public, private and not-for-profit companies. He is a three-time recipient of the NACD’s Directorship 100 award for being one the 100 most influential people in US corporate governance. He has also been honored by the ICGN, Ethisphere, Global Proxy Watch and others.
