Assurance Partner, SEC Service - National Quality Organization
Ms. Keelty has over 20 years’ experience in the Assurance Practice. For the past 10 years, she has been part of PwC’s National Quality Organization and is currently a client service leader in the SEC Services group. She currently serves some of PwC’s largest, brand defining clients as their direct SEC Services contact. Additionally, through her oversight role in SEC Services, she assists others in providing advice to a large group of clients.
Having started her career as an auditor, she prides herself on her client service background and is keenly focused on responsiveness, meeting deadlines and agility. She looks forward to tackling many challenges and approaches each situation with an open mindset so that all alternatives can be considered before arriving at a collaborative solution.
She has deep sector experience in a few sectors including Entertainment, Media and Communications, For Profit Healthcare and Technology. She has been involved in hundreds of complex transactions including IPO’s, mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt offerings spin and/or carve-out transactions.
She also is an avid presenter on technical topics and has participated in over 150 presentations which have ranged from one on one client presentations, to hundreds of in person participants to webcasts with over thousands of participants. These presentations have supported Ms. Keelty's love of travel and desire to visits all 50 states having reached 42 currently. She is a CPA and a member of both the NJSCPA and AICPA.
