Kristin is passionate about supporting organizations on their journey to create and sustain healthy workplace cultures with high engagement. In her current role as the Director, Global Employee Engagement & Organizational Effectiveness for Coca-Cola’s Talent & Development Center of Expertise, she focuses on the connection between employee engagement, workplace culture, leadership, and business strategy.
Before joining The Coca-Cola Company, she spent five years at the Great Place to Work Institute, a global firm focused on developing, researching and recognizing great workplaces. While there she worked with organizations in all major industries to assess levels of trust and the health of their organizational cultures. She also led several internal initiatives around organizational design, strategy and service delivery innovation.
Prior to Great Place to Work, she worked in educational and business ethics and compliance consulting. She has a Master of Public Administration from American University with a concentration in International Training and Education and a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from Florida A&M University.
