Deb is a VP in the Global Business Services organization driving the F&A Tower which includes both captive and outsourced locations in Eugene, Oregon; Mexico City; Pune, India; Shanghai, China and Singapore in Asia Pacific. Deb is responsible for leading and developing a global Finance organization of about 350 team members. Increasing the value proposition and delivering key strategic corporate initiatives are just some of the objectives currently underway in Global Business Services at Levi’s.
Over the past year, Levi’s has delivered a global business services strategy that provides cost-effective, controlled, accurate and timely processing; relevant analysis and innovative solutions; and allows the teams to serve as a collaborative consultants to business partners across the 110 country footprint of Levi Strauss and throughout our key geographic regions: Asia, Europe and the Americas.
The processes included in Global Business Services at LS&Co., include:

• Human Resources
• Customer Service
• Information Technology
Within the F&A Tower, all 4 main pillars of financial operations are included:
? Procure to Pay : Indirect Procurement, Disbursements (Accounts Payable),Procurement Operations, Vendor Master data
? Order to Cash: Credit & Accounts Receivable, Licensees, Franchisee, Sales Audit,
? Hire to Retire: Payroll and Benefits Accounting, Travel Expense Mgmt; and
? Record to Report : Month End close processes; General Accounting, Inter-Company Accounting, Retail Accounting, Treasury Accounting, SG&A, A&P analysis
? Additionally there are teams dedicated to Continuous Improvement, Analytics, Global Records Management, Controls, and Employee Engagement.
Deb is one of the leaders of a value-charged evolution to a world-class GBS model and is breaking new ground through the globalization of processes, policies and people.
Prior to joining LS&Co. Deb spent nearly 20 years at Gap Inc. in a variety of financial roles including the team that built the Old Navy clothing brand, the team that established the Gap Shared Service Center.
