Bill Price is President of Driva Solutions and a Partner with Antuit, a Big Data predictive analytics provider, helping more than 125 clients to achieve the delicate balance of increased customer experience and lower costs.
He co-founded the 9-country LimeBridge Global Alliance; chairs the 40-company Global Operations Council to “share best practices and worst experiences”; teaches Marketing, Operations Management, and Global Business at the University of Washington and Stanford MBA programs; and is the lead co-author of The Best Service is No Service: How to Liberate Your Customers From Customer Service, Keep Them Happy, and Control Costs (2008) and Your Customer Rules! Delivering the Me2B Experiences That Today’s Customers Demand (December 2014).
Bill served as Amazon.com’s first Worldwide VP of Customer Service and held senior positions at MCI, ACP, and McKinsey & Company.
Bill graduated from Dartmouth (BA) and Stanford (MBA), and he lives outside of Seattle in Bellevue, Washington with Lori and their rambunctious Golden Retriever Mac, and daughters Erika (26) and Rachel (22).
