Consulting Psychologist, Leadership & Organizational Effectiveness Practice
Elizabeth Gullette is a consulting psychologist in the Leadership & Organizational Effectiveness (LOE) practice at AlixPartners. Prior to joining AlixParters, Beth served as coaching practice leader at the Center for Creative Leadership, as the Learning & Development leader for a pharmaceutical consulting firm, and in research and clinical positions at Duke Medical Center. With 20 years of experience spanning consulting, research, and hands-on management and leadership, Beth has partnered with senior leaders from a range of industries globally to build individual, team and organizational capacity and drive performance. In her current role, she collaborates with colleagues on large-scale enterprise improvement initiatives, M&A work, and restructuring engagements, to which she brings expertise in executive assessment and executive coaching; senior team assessment and high performance team development; talent management and strategy; and culture assessment, change and post-merger integration.
Beth holds Ph.D. and M.A. degrees in clinical psychology from Duke University. She is a licensed psychologist, and member of the Society of Consulting Psychology (SCP), American Psychological Association, International Society for Coaching Psychology, and Triangle Organization Development Network. She has also served on a number of boards and committees and is currently Chair of SCP’s Committee on the Revision of Guidelines for Graduate Education and Training in Consulting Psychology. An active writer and presenter, Beth is a co-editor of the CCL Handbook of Coaching in Organizations, published in 2015, and author of two chapters in that volume.
