As a management consultant, he has helped global organizations design and implement end to end talent solutions, including enterprise talent strategies, organizational redesign, governance models, global competency frameworks and assessments, leadership development and enterprise learning strategies. His experience as HR Executive includes achievement of key talent priorities aligned to the business strategy that resulted in significant improvement to both the top and bottom line. Mr. Stevenson's key focus areas are in organizational and operating effectiveness, integrated talent management, leadership team effectiveness, and transformational change management.
He has worked extensively with clients in the financial services sector and also has the unique experience of working with organizations in other industries including telecommunication, pharmaceutical, healthcare, and technology industries. His expertise has allowed him to work throughout Europe, Asia and North America, and most extensively in the US, UK and Japan.
