Sarah Hagerman is a Vice President at Kaiser Associates and co-leads the firm’s Organization Development (OD) Practice. Her specific areas of expertise include Organizational Design and Effectiveness, Culture Assessments, Workforce Analytics, Performance Improvement, Business Process Reengineering, Change Management, and Benchmarking across a wide variety of industries. In addition to leading OD engagements for a broad range of Kaiser clients. Sarah was also a key contributor to the book Successful Onboarding: Strategies to Unlock Hidden Value within your Organization, published by McGraw-Hill in 2010. Sarah holds a MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University.
