Jay leads the team responsible for Workforce Planning, Workforce Analytics and Insights, HR Benchmarking and the Employee Engagement survey process. Prior to Southern California Edison, Jay gained more than 15 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition, Organizational Design, HR Analytics, Program Management and as a Strategic Business Partner at a Fortune 30 company.
Jay holds a BS degree from the University of Oklahoma and MS in Human Resource Design from Claremont Graduate University and is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources. He resides in the greater Los Angeles area.
