Pam Sanford is a senior manager at the Boeing Company leading the Enterprise Lean+ Integration organization. In this role she is responsible for the development and implementation of new productivity tools and methodologies across the company. Pam has spent the last year deploying Accelerated Productivity Improvement events throughout Boeing, including the development of a leadership course for designers and coaches using the town hall style collaborative approach.
Prior to joining the organization, Pam held senior management roles in Boeing’s CTO Office working to develop and align the company’s internal and external research and technology strategies. Pam brings 25+ years of experience in software design, deployment and operations of large software infrastructure installations from a broad range of assignments. She managed Boeing’s internet technologies organization providing much of the internet infrastructure widely used in Boeing today, including search technologies, messaging backbone services, and portal architectures.
Pam earned her bachelor's degree at the University of Washington and her Master of Software Engineering from Seattle University. She is active in numerous technical, community and charitable organizations. These include serving as the Vice Chairperson of the Interactive Media Program Advisory Committee at a local college, as well as functioning as a docent at the Seattle Museum of Flight. She resides in Seattle, WA.
