Cecily W. Wallman-Stokes is a social impact fellow at the Center for High Impact Philanthropy. She currently leads much of the center’s work on global health, international development, and cross-cutting issues of social impact measurement. Her interdisciplinary background includes work in vaccine policy, agricultural economics, and reproductive health for organizations such as the Johns Hopkins University School of Public Health, the Guttmacher Institute, and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.
