Radhika Vaidyanathan is now Country Head, Community Business India. A professional experience that substantiates her position as Leader, Global Diversity & Inclusion Radhika holds a wealth of experience, developing and leading diversity & inclusion strategies for large corporations and has an international career spanning technology and manufacturing sectors. Her assertive yet collaborative style of influencing is a strength that has resulted in changing mind-sets and influencing leadership commitment in some of the most challenging cultures, including India, South Africa, Middle East and Europe. In her last role, Radhika she was Head D&I at ABB Group, responsible for designing and operationalizing the Diversity & Inclusion strategy co-located in Zurich. This included leading the execution across business divisions, developing leadership capability and facilitating cross functional collaboration to embed D&I expectations in all organizational processes and systems. A sharp acumen to identify and link D&I to business, the strategy developed under her leadership in ABB India has been published as an Ivey League case study. Prior to joining ABB, Radhika was Program Manager, Global I&D at Cisco besides managing a number of I&D programs across the APAC region, she was a key contributor to the Global Business Stakeholder Review process that enables the leadership team to make note and commit to D&I actions. Radhika is passionate about driving positive change, keen to play an influencing role in the D&I focus in India that will strengthen the efforts and help organizations realize the business value of their strategy.
Radhika has played a key role as a founding member of the Diversity in Asia Network, was member of NASSCOM Diversity Forum-India, is member of the Women’s Forum for the Economy & Society-France. She has been involved in many Asia and India diversity research and publications.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Science from Bangalore University, India and a PG Certification in HR from XLRI, India
