Ms. Madigan is vice president of responsible leadership for New Balance Footwear and Apparel which includes Sustainability, Social Responsibility and Community initiatives. She is responsible for providing strategic vision, industry collaboration and partnerships, and ensuring transparent global communication. New Balance released its first comprehensive Responsible Leadership (CSR) Report in 2012. The interactive report can be found at www.newbalance.com/Responsible-Leadership. She also heads up internal communications for New Balance. She is on the board of Chop Chop Magazine and is the Co-Chair of the World Federation of Sporting Goods CSR Committee. Madigan previously headed up Global Marketing and Brand Management for New Balance which included advertising, interactive, integrated marketing and promotions, in-store experience and corporate communications and PR. Prior to New Balance, Madigan was at Coca-Cola in Atlanta in brand management and worked on a variety of brands including Diet Coke. New Balance is a 107 year old private footwear and apparel company with brand revenues of $2.7 Billion in 2013 and deeply held values. The New Balance Foundation was established in 1981 and since its inception has donated to causes that promote healthy lifestyles of children and drive sustainable change in the communities New Balance does business in.
