Anne serves as the Co-Director of the Job Accommodation Network (JAN) . Anne is a very hands on manager and as a result is also one of the JAN Consultants providing information to our customers via training and through the phone and e-mail services. She has been with JAN for over 25 years and through the years has worked in a variety of positions. Currently she is responsible in overseeing the daily management of 25 staff. This role involves management of staff's quality of services, national speaking engagements, organizational marketing, and strategic development. She also presents training on disability employment issues and the Americans with Disabilities Act and its Amendments at national and regional conferences and through distance trainings. She is JAN's public relations liaison, acting as the intermediary between staff and faculty with the public, press, and sponsoring organizations. Anne has a Master of Science in Rehabilitation Counseling and Vocational Evaluation from West Virginia University (WVU) and previously worked in private rehabilitation before coming to JAN. In 2006, Anne was awarded the WVU College of Human Resources and Education Laddie R. Bell Distinguished Service Award for her 20 years of national, regional, and local service to people with disabilities. In 2013 Anne completed coursework to become a Certified Professional in Disability Management (CPDM).
