Co-Leader, Talent Management Analytics
Jill George is responsible for co-leading DDI’s Talent Management Analytics capability. Her extensive client experience and expertise in integrated assessment and development solutions have helped clients achieve results across the leadership pipeline, ranging from the C-suite to the front line.
She received her Ph.D. and M.S. in industrial/organizational psychology from The University of Tennessee, Knoxville, where she achieved academic honors. Jill has coauthored several books, including Leadership Trapeze, a comprehensive and flexible guide for assessing developing extraordinary leaders of high-performance teams and “Insight Powered by Analytics.”
