Felix Huefner is the Chief Economist in the IIF’s Global Macroeconomic Analysis department. He is responsible for the global macroeconomic forecasting work, its monthly Global Economic Monitor publication, as well as the (three times a year) report on Capital Flows to Emerging Economies. Before coming to the IIF, he was Senior Economist and Head of the Germany/Slovak Republic desk at the OECD. He also worked as an economist for the Bundesbank, the ECB and the Centre for European Economic Research (ZEW).
