Jane K. Storero is Vice President –Corporate Governance for Pepco Holdings, Inc, a public utility holding company located in Washington, DC. Ms. Storero is responsible for all aspects of Pepco’s SEC reporting. Prior to joining Pepco, Ms. Storero was a partner in the Public Companies Practice Group of Blank Rome LLP and Co- Chaired the firm’s Banking Group where she represented public companies in connection with going public transactions, securities compliance, capital raising activities and mergers and acquisitions. She is experienced in all aspects of corporate and securities law, including: public and private offerings of securities, corporate governance issues, audit committee issues, international securities transactions and compliance with securities and exchange rules.
Ms. Storero is a frequent lecturer on legal issues related to corporate governance, going public, shareholder activism and business practices topics. She has authored various articles and other publications on these topics. Ms. Storero graduated from the National Law Center of The George Washington University and also received an MBA in Finance. Ms. Storero was a member of the Pennsylvania Securities Commission’s Attorney Advisory Board for over 10 years. Ms. Storero previously served on the boards of the Forum of Executive Women and Women’s Way and chaired corporate governance and nominating committees for these organizations.
