Carole Weinstein

Ms. Weinstein is the founder and chief learner of Learning Works, a diversity, human capital, learning and talent development consulting firm dedicated to enabling growth and learning.  She is a global consultant and facilitator whose diverse career in people development and management spans education, hospitality, & financial organizations across public, non-profit, and private sectors.

Ms. Weinstein has also held corporate positions as an HR director, a vice president of HR, a training director, a vice president of diversity & work life, and an internal corporate consultant. Ms. Weinstein’s work and consultation have included the domains of diversity, change and talent management, strategic HR capital planning, instructional design and delivery, learning and development, and communication.  She has presented at many conferences, seminars and forums. Additionally, as an adjunct senior faculty member with four universities including New York University, Manhattanville College, Pace University, and Webster University, Ms. Weinstein designs curricula and facilitates learning about diversity, talent management, instructional design, leading change, facilitating learning, and people development. 

As a conference program director with the Conference Board, Ms. Weinstein plans, designs, and leads annual diversity events.  These include: Annual Diversity in Higher Education and Corporate Conferences, Diversity Seminars and Webinars. Ms. Weinstein is ABD from Teachers College, Columbia University and holds a Master’s Degree from City College.
