Julia focuses on leadership development, including coaching, high potentials and inclusive leadership, both within EMEIA and globally. In recent years, she has led the design and implementation of EY’s global partner pipeline program – Global NextGen – which prepares high potentials for partnership admission through a rich and innovative blend of formal learning, experiences and coaching. She is also the program director for a suite of EMEIA-wide interventions for high potential women, aimed at improving retention and supporting higher numbers to develop into leadership positions. Prior to specializing in leadership development for the past seven years, Julia’s previous HR experience included roles as HR Director for the UK Financial Services practice and UK Head of Graduate Recruitment.
