Warrior Bridge Coordinator
As Warrior Bridge Coordinator for ServiceSource since September 2012, Michael Costanzo has led the organization in serving over 200 wounded, ill and injured veterans in the past year through the Northern Virginia-based employment and resource navigation program. Mr. Costanzo has also established numerous partnerships with non-profit wounded veteran-serving organizations, funders and corporate partners to help the Warrior Bridge program expand its capacity to serve as a bridge for wounded veterans from the military to civilian life. The Warrior Bridge program is funded in part by a grant from the Bob Woodruff Foundation.
Mr. Costanzo is a Wounded Warrior who transitioned out of the U.S. Army in 2008, and has an extensive veterans recruiting background and passion for helping his fellow veterans. He brings a strong sense of duty to his role. “One of the first things any Army soldier learns is the general orders,” he says. “My personal ‘general order’ for my role is to assist every veteran possible with every resource at my disposal.”
