The Conference Board
Michelle Kan is a research associate in human capital at The Conference Board. Her research projects and interests span across topics in leadership development, organization design, talent management, and diversity and inclusion. She is a co-author on the annual research report on Job Satisfaction, in addition to co-authoring Designing Global Businesses for Innovation and Growth (2014) and Do Ask, Do Tell: Encouraging Employees with Disabilities to Self-Identify (2015).
She is also the project lead on The Conference Board Human Capital in Review™ series on talent management and diversity and inclusion. Michelle graduated magna cum laude from Bryn Mawr College, with a bachelor’s degree in sociocultural anthropology. She is currently a master’s candidate in social-organizational psychology at Teachers College, Columbia University.
