She has over 30 years of talent management experience working with executives and HR leaders to develop people and organizations to implement strategy.
Before becoming a consultant in 1986, Jeannie held several C-suite HR leadership roles. As Senior Vice President of HR, American Express, she co-designed and co-led (with her manager, Lou Gerstner) the launch of the groundbreaking talent management/succession planning system, one that endures 30 plus years later.
Her passion is to help leaders make breakthroughs through quite doable changes in practices to make every day a development day, and to help organizations create development friendly cultures that enable these leaders to thrive.
