Interim Global Head, Office of Career Development
Melissa Strada is interim Global Head, Office of Career Development at Bloomberg LP. She leads the team responsible for designing, implementing and managing the company's career development initiative. This is a global effort that provides Bloomberg employees with the resources and tools they need to take ownership of their careers and to grow both professionally and personally, while helping Bloomberg deliver on its business strategy. Prior to joining Bloomberg, Ms. Strada was Vice President, Human Capital Management at Goldman Sachs and Director, Work/Life Programs at Harris Rothenberg International (a division of Humana). Melissa has a B.A. in Child Study and Psychology from Tufts University, and an MBA in Organizational Behavior from Baruch College/CUNY.
