Sherlin Nair is a research associate with The Conference Board and supports projects in human capital, talent management, leadership development and employee engagement. She has published research reports and chapters, which include: Strategic Leadership Development Report 2013, Executive Coaching 2012, Happiness at Work, and The Center for Creative Leadership Handbook of Coaching in Organization (2015), where she co-authored a chapter on the rise of internal coaching.
Sherlin has over a decade of management experiences in business operations and training with global organizations like GE Capital, Dell International Services and Dale Carnegie Training India. She has also been an active member of ATD, New York chapter and has served on the board for three years.
Sherlin is a current doctoral student in Organizational Learning & Leadership at Teachers College (TC), Columbia University, and also has a post-master’s degree from New York University in adult education and workplace learning.
