Lisa Dzintars-Pahwul is Managing Director, Human Resources at NYSE Euronext. In her current role, she leads the Employee and Labor Relations team for the U.S. and is a Human Resources Business Partner supporting Corporate Services areas, including the Finance, Legal, Market Compliance, Audit and Security groups. Previously, Lisa headed the U.S. Learning and Development and Talent Acquisition functions.
Lisa has developed and implemented a number of Veterans initiatives at the New York Stock Exchange, including the Veteran Associate Program, which she successfully executed this year. The Program is a 10-week paid internship that provides meaningful, professional assignments to Veterans and Veteran students so that they may learn about NYSE Euronext and its business through hands-on work assignments, a comprehensive educational component and access to C-level executives. The program received attention from national media sources and Lisa has been interviewed for articles in on-line, print and trade publications, including AP, Racing Toward Diversity magazine, and the Defense Media Agency.
Lisa also developed and executed a Forum for HR and Veterans Program Executives - Integrating Veteran Talent into Human Capital Strategy. The objective of that Forum was to bring together listed companies of NYSE Euronext, as well as other organizations, to share experiences and to continue the dialogue with respect to adding and assimilating Veterans into our workforce.
Prior to joining NYSE Euronext, Lisa was with SUNY Downstate Medical Center, most recently as the Affirmative Action Officer and Director of the Office of Diversity and Opportunity.
Lisa earned her BA in Psychology from the University of Rochester and her MA in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University Teachers’ College.
