Development Dimensions International
Rich is a Senior Vice President for Development Dimensions International (DDI). His major responsibilities include developing and executing DDI's global marketing strategy, leading DDI's Center for Applied Behavioral Research (CABER), and launching new products and services.
Rich received a Doctorate in Social/Industrial Psychology from American University in Washington, D.C. He has written for more than 20 publications and published six books on leadership and teamwork, including the best seller Empowered Teams, Inside Teams, and Reengineering’s Missing Ingredient. He has made over 100 presentations at numerous professional conferences around the world. Rich is a member of the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD), the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), and is a member and past board representative of the Instructional Systems Association. He consults with clients worldwide on talent management issues including Nissan, AXA, Infosys, and Lockheed Martin. For the past five years Rich has served as a judge for CNBC’s Asian Business Leaders Awards. Most recently, he was a research principle for DDI’s 2009-2010 Leadership Forecast, looking at leadership trends across 1,200 global organizations.
