Martin Wiese

Martin Wiese has over 20 years of executive experience in global companies like PPG and, most recently, Hempel. He has held leadership roles across R&D, Commercial, Sustainability, and Governmental Affairs, bringing a deep understanding of business transformation and strategic growth.

His focus has been on helping organizations leverage sustainability as a business opportunity—translating ambitious sustainability goals into commercial success and aligning sales strategies to drive impact.

Martin holds a Master of Science in Environmental Chemistry from the University of Copenhagen, an MBA from the Scandinavian International Management Institute, and has completed the Sustainability Leadership Programme for Senior Executives at INSEAD.
