Practice Leader, Employee Engagement and Wellbeing
Jessica Tyler, Ed.D., leads Gallup’s Employee Engagement and Wellbeing practices. In this role, Tyler oversees the direction of the marketing, research and development, technology, and operational efforts to meet the needs of Gallup clients. Tyler is an expert on implementing change programs aimed at improving employee engagment, wellbeing, and business outcomes. She has advised client teams as they plan, then communicate and educate about these organizationwide initiatives. Tyler speaks to leadership audiences around the world about the importance of aligning an organization’s workplace management with its marketplace strategy.
Before joining Gallup in 2005, Tyler spent more than a decade in leadership and consulting roles in the education industry. She provided customized solutions for clients, from strategic planning and development programs to streamlining human resource functions.
Tyler earned a bachelor’s degree in mathematics with a minor in psychology from Vanderbilt University and a master’s degree in educational leadership from Florida Atlantic University. She earned a master’s of business administration and doctorate in educational leadership at Texas Christian University.
