Kerry Bunker is a Senior Fellow, Human Capital at The Conference Board. In this role, Kerry supports the Human Capital practice which includes The Conference Board Human Capital Exchange™, research, conferences, webcasts and programs in a broad spectrum of human capital areas.
In addition to serving as a Senior Fellow, Kerry is also a Partner at MEM Partners (Making Experience Matter), a consultancy devoted to helping organizations build the leadership capacity to survive and thrive in a volatile and uncertain world. Reaching beyond traditional talent development approaches, MEM Partners guides leaders and their organizations in learning to leverage experience as the essential pathway to handling ambiguity, foreseeing risk and opportunity, and discovering the possibilities in our interdependent world. Kerry is also Founder and President of Mangrove Leadership Solutions, a firm devoted to enhancing individual and organizational performance through the development of authentic leadership skills.
Kerry was previously Senior Fellow and Manager of the Awareness Program for Executive Excellence (APEX)® at the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL). As Manager of APEX®, he was responsible for both oversight and delivery of CCL's highest level and most intensive individual assessment, feedback, and coaching experience. Kerry's resume features more than 30 years of talent development, change leadership, and executive coaching experience, and a personal coaching client list that includes C-Suite executives from Fortune 100 companies and a variety of other organizations across the United States, Europe, and Canada.
Kerry has authored or co-authored more than 40 publications including Leading with Authenticity in Times of Transition, a Harvard Business Review article entitled "The Young and the Clueless," and a Pfeiffer Training Package entitled Leading Through Transitions. His newest book, Extraordinary Leadership: Addressing the Gaps in Senior Executive Development, is an edited volume offering wisdom and guidance from 23 of the world's premier leadership experts.
