The Conference Board
Lindsay Collins is project manager, research and business information service at The Conference Board. She is responsible for the organizational, administrative, and financial management of research projects across knowledge areas, with specific focus on organization wide and third party projects including The Conference Board CEO Challenge® Survey.
Previously, Lindsay was research analyst, human capital at The Conference Board. In this capacity, she supported various research projects and initiatives within the Human Capital Practice, including work on diversity and inclusion, talent management, and strategic workforce planning. She managed and co-authored the survey based publication series, Human Capital Challenges in Asia-Pacific: 2011-2013 with Rebecca Ray, senior vice president, human capital, as well as The Conference Board Human Capital in Review™: Focus on Diversity and Inclusion with Toni Riccardi, chief diversity officer at The Conference Board.
Lindsay has prior experience in the areas of business plan development and grant writing, and holds a bachelor of arts in economics and master of public administration from Baruch College.
