Ms. Assayag is a partner at ClearBridge Compensation Group. Ms. Assayag has over fifteen years of experience advising boards and senior management on executive compensation issues and developing effective compensation strategies and design. Her experience spans a variety of industries in both the public and private sectors. Prior to joining ClearBridge, Ms. Assayag was a principal at Mercer specializing in executive compensation, and prior to that she held various corporate HR and compensation roles. Ms. Assayag has advised clients in executive and broad-based employee compensation. Her experience includes assessing competitive pay levels and practices, designing annual and long-term incentive plans, and reviewing outside director compensation programs. She has also provided compensation assistance for special circumstances such as M&A transactions, IPOs, spin-offs, restructurings, and bankruptcies. Ms. Assayag holds an MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Syracuse University.
