Guy Jubb is a Scottish chartered accountant whose career spans merchant banking, corporate finance, venture capital, and fund management roles in London, New York, and his home town of Edinburgh. Before taking up his current role, Guy headed up our smaller companies and private equity teams. He pioneered the development of The Conference Board’s corporate governance team in 1992.
Jubb has been deeply involved in developing best practice approaches to corporate governance. He is co-chair of several influential groups, including the Global Auditor Investor Dialogue and the GC100 and Investor Working Group. Also, he is a member of the Council of the Institute of the Chartered Accountants of Scotland and of the Standing Advisory Group of the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board, the US audit regulator.
