Succession Planning Program Manager
Elizabeth Hall is Microsoft’s Succession Planning Program Manager. Together with a company-wide network of Human Resources colleagues, she leads the People Review and succession planning processes for the company. Prior to her current role, Elizabeth was the People and Organizational Capability Consultant for Microsoft North America. She supported both the U.S. and Canada in the areas of high potential development, management excellence, and succession planning.
Before joining Microsoft, Elizabeth worked with Toyota Motor Sales U.S.A, based in the Los Angeles area. In various Human Resources roles, her work with Toyota included high potential development, manager capability, succession planning, work/life programming, diversity, and internal communications.
Elizabeth holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy from Harvard University’s John F. Kennedy School of Government, and a BA in Public Policy from Pomona College. She is also an alumna of the Coro Fellows Program in Public Affairs.
When she is not working, Elizabeth enjoys spending time with her family and exploring Seattle.
