Cecile Ortlieb holds a MSc in Political Economy from the London School of Economics. The title of her dissertation, Green Gold, was aimed at highlighting the interdependencies among energy policy, competitiveness and climate change in Europe. In 2007 she contributed to the launch of the Prince of Wales Rainforests Project by establishing multi-stakeholder dialogue that focused on economic solutions to enable private sector partnerships addressing deforestation in the tropical rainforests. She joined Kimberly Clark in 2008 and is now leading strategy for sustainability in emerging and developing markets. In her spare time she works with charities and social entrepreneurs to deliver positive social, economic and environmental results where needed.
