Hyun Gon Jung (Gon) leads the strategy, design, and management of 3M’s U.S. health care benefits, life insurance, international captive insurance, and global mobility benefits programs.

During more than 23 years at 3M, Gon has built deep expertise in health care, insurance, mobility benefits, and international total rewards across global markets. He has served in his current role since 2019.

Originally from South Korea, Gon lives in the Twin Cities, Minnesota, with his wife and two sons. Outside of work, he enjoys reading, attending Vikings and Timberwolves games, and traveling internationally.

Gon holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Sungkyunkwan University in South Korea and an Executive MBA from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota.
