Heather Wollerman is the Vice President of Talent Management and Chief Culture Officer at McGraw Hill, a role she has held since September 2022. In this capacity, she oversees the strategy and execution for McGraw Hill’s global Talent Management programs, Talent Acquisition and Culture & Engagement. McGraw Hill, a $2 billion dollar information services company focused in education, has undergone a significant transformation in the past decade.

With over 25 years of international HR experience spanning the Americas, Europe, and Asia, Heather has built a diverse career across multiple industries, and serving in a variety of HR Transformational roles.

Heather holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management and Human Resources from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Master of Business Administration from Wake Forest University. She is also actively involved in her community, serving as the Board Secretary for Turning Point, an organization dedicated to supporting survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and child abuse. ?In her personal life, Heather resides in Charlotte, North Carolina, with her two daughters. She enjoys activities such as competitive rowing and running, and has a passion for traveling.
