Heather Britton serves as the Director of Benefits and Wellness for the Office of Human Resources at the City and County of Denver. Heather has been with Denver for almost 24 years, all in the employee benefits area supporting Denver’s workforce. In 2014, Denver introduced a data driven wellness program designed to meet employees and managers where they were. The program allows the wellness team to introduce and promote programs at the department level that we know employees need.
