International Communications Director
The Conference Board
Harry Miskin is responsible for marketing and communications for The Conference Board outside the United States, having taken on the role in July 2023.
He joined after six years as a senior advisor on communications and international relations to a Gulf government, where he pioneered work to strengthen key international partnerships, working closely with the G20, various UN agencies, the World Bank, and OECD. His work has been characterized by an ability to pull together diverse communications disciplines, in complex geopolitical environments, to drive strategic change.
Harry's career began as a literary agent, before he co-founded a digital media business. At 27, he joined one of London's best known communications consultancies, working for the late, great Lord Bell. His clients included CEOs, Ministers and Heads of Government across Eastern Europe, North Africa, and the Middle East. He witnessed the revolution in Libya in 2011 and returned in 2014, living for a year in Tripoli, where he managed a major US-funded program focused on state-building.
Harry graduated in English Literature and Language from King's College, University of London and is based in Brussels.
