With over three decades of experience that includes programs, DEI strategic planning, and advocacy, Greg thrives by contributing to cultures that drive outcomes. Currently, as the Vice President of Internal Initiatives DEI at AARP, he leads internal DEI functions, manage an internal council, and support eleven Employee Resource Groups. He has worked in DC, Denver, and New York where at SAGE, an LGBTQ aging advocacy organization, they served as Chief Strategy and Impact Officer and Interim COO, leading a focus on gender-diversity and racial equity. Their extensive consulting experience includes strategic communications and operational planning for organizations like Population Services International and Harvard Kennedy School. He earned a Master of Public Administration from the Kennedy School, and BA of English from Santa Clara University.  He is originally from and still has many family members in Phoenix.
