As the Director of Benefits, Grady Arnold leads the strategic design and implementation of benefits programs for Vail Resorts' employees across the U.S. and Canada. With over 15 years of Benefits experience, he expertly curates benefits programs that improve the lives and health of Vail Resorts' 45,000 employees and their families. Prior to Vail Resorts, Grady served as the Director of Global Benefits at First Data Corporation and was a Health & Group Benefits Consultant at Towers Watson (NKA Willis Towers Watson). He holds a Bachelors in Business Management from the University of Wyoming and an MBA from the University of Wyoming.
