Gordon Parker is Corporate Vice President, & Head of M&A, Corporate Development at AMD, a position he has held since February 2025. Prior to AMD, he spent over two decades as an investment banker in New York, Hong Kong, Singapore, and the Bay Area. His deal experience spans mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, divestitures, privatizations, minority investments, and capital markets. He has advised a wide spectrum of clients that includes listed, private, and state-owned companies, private equity sponsors and alternative asset managers.
