Biography

Gina has been a health care consulting professional in the Southeast region for more than 20 years. Her expertise is with large, multi-site employers that are focused on improving the health of their employees, while keeping an eye on fiscal responsibility. The strength in her reasoning comes from her broad career experience on “all sides” of the health and benefits spectrum: employer, consultant and carrier. This enables her to create a comprehensive solution that is mindful of all constituents within an organization. Drawing on her depth of marketplace knowledge, Gina serves as an expert to the broader team for inquiries on carrier operational abilities.

Gina’s clients have experienced improved trends and higher engaged employees from her guidance on plan design, proper use of carrier programs, point solutions and communication strategies. A national conference speaker on the subject of the importance of integrated health and wellbeing programs, her approach is tactical and tailored to her client.  Additionally, Gina is one of our subject matter experts on health and benefits work in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI).  She routinely meets with clients to provide an overview of the current DEI landscape and leads strategy projects for clients seeking to make improvements to their goals and objectives for their employees and organization

Role at WTW

Gina is the Florida Health and Benefits Market Leader, responsible for WTW’s growth, colleagues and clients.  She also leads several of WTW’s complex clients in the Southeast region.  Gina also served on WTW’s Health Imagination team, bringing a fresh perspective to our internal initiatives, client deliverables and proposal responses.
