Dr. Gabriele Unger brings extensive experience from the chemical industry and from leading a membership-based organization with a strong focus on sustainability. As General Manager of Together for Sustainability (TfS), she is dedicated to advancing and growing the initiative with and for all its member companies.

Gabriele is committed to driving continuous development and growth of TfS, fostering transparency and measurable improvements in sustainability across chemical industry supply chains. Under her leadership, TfS leverages standardized tools and processes for supplier assessments and audits, delivers comprehensive training and capability-building through the TfS Academy, and actively addresses Scope 3 greenhouse gas emissions.

Based in the Brussels head office of Together for Sustainability AISBL, Gabriele oversees the day-to-day operations of the initiative. She works closely with the TfS President and Steering Committee, to whom she reports, and engages with current and prospective member companies as well as strategic cooperation partners.
