Fiona McAslan is Wellbeing Lead at NatWest Group. In addition to championing the mental health and wellbeing policies pioneered by the Bank, she has significant experience in HR business partnering, senior stakeholders and consulting and has extensive experience in supporting change transformation. She also plays a leading role in the Bank’s Global HR policy review and development.
