Fadjanie Cadet is an enterprise capability and workforce readiness leader focused on preparing people and organizations for how work is changing. As Director of Enterprise Capability at Moderna, she leads strategies spanning workforce development, manager effectiveness, AI enablement, and organizational adaptability.

Her career has spanned organizational development, learning, talent, culture, inclusion, and people strategy, giving her a multidisciplinary perspective on what it takes to turn business transformation into meaningful behavior change. She is particularly interested in the human side of transformation, including how organizations build readiness, strengthen judgment, develop future leaders, and create the conditions for people to successfully navigate change.

Fadjanie is a Certified Organizational Development Professional and holds an MBA from Providence College. She was named a Top 100 Under 50 Executive & Emerging Leader by Diversity MBA Media and has shared her insights on stages including Workhuman Live, SHRM’s Annual Conference & Expo, and BambooHR’s Virtual Summit.
