Eugene Curtain III is an accomplished global executive with over 20 years of expertise in talent management and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). As Vice President of Talent, Inclusion, and Social Responsibility Officer at Marmon Holdings, LLC, a Berkshire Hathaway company, he leads transformative initiatives focused on workforce excellence and organizational impact.

Eugene’s career spans leadership roles in DEI strategy, HR analytics, operations management, quality assurance, and sales at companies such as Watts Water Technologies, Gardner Inc., L-3 Communications, and AT&T. He also served as founder and president of Diversity Search Partners, an executive search and consulting firm, for 14 years. His dedication to service is exemplified by his tenure in the U.S. Army, where he served with distinction in units including the 82nd Airborne Division and 3rd Ranger Battalion.

Eugene holds a Bachelor’s in management and an MBA from Hampton University and has completed the Modern Chief Diversity Officer program at Cornell University. He chairs Berkshire Hathaway’s Global DEI Leadership Council and serves as Vice Chair of the New England Water Environment Association’s DEI committee, demonstrating his commitment to advancing inclusive leadership.

Family is central to Eugene’s life; he is a devoted husband to Nicole and a proud father to five children. Outside of his professional and family commitments, Eugene is an avid sports enthusiast, enjoying tennis and golf. He is also a member of the Professional Tennis Registry, further showcasing his passion for sports and community engagement.
