Eric Weinberg currently oversees the Executive Compensation, Stock Plan Administration, Global Mobility, and International Compensation teams at Prudential Financial.  Prior to his current role, he held various leadership positions in both executive and broad-based compensation.  Recently appointed the Secretary of New Jersey Compensation Association, Eric is working with a group of Total Rewards leaders to restart the organization, a local affiliate of WorldatWork.  He serves as a guest lecturer in the university setting and a speaker at industry conferences on topics including compensation and negotiation.  Presently actively engaged in various research projects and thought leadership experiments, Eric aims to bring innovation and unique perspectives to the profession. 

Eric earned a Masters in Human Resource Management from the Rutgers University School of Management and Labor Relations.  He has achieved the Certified Compensation Professional and Global Rewards Professional designations through WorldatWork.  Collaborating with Jean Phillips at Penn State University, Eric published a case study exercise on negotiation (in a job offer context) with Ivey Publishing.
